You can make a curry with almost any ingredient and you'll find here two types of curries, wet and dry. Wet curries are cooked in a spicy sauce while dry curries are typically coated with spices.

I have cooked and eaten so much curry in my life. So, let me say this...you’ll never order take-out or delivery curry again when you learn how to cook curry at home. And the good news is that most curries freeze well and can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
