Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Wash and dry the water spinach and then separate leaves and the stem part by hand.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add garlic & stir fry until fragrant
Add onion, bell pepper and tomato and stir fry briefly.
Add salt, chili paste, tomato sauce and mix well.
Add all the stem parts of the water spinach & fry briefly and then add leaf part and fry until leaves wilt for about 1 minute. At that point, turn off the heat.
Add the cooked pasta & mix everything together.
Serve & enjoy!
