Easy Cheese Garlic Okra in 10 minutes

Ingredients

okra pods
Ladys Fingers, washed & dried
1
tablespoon
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
thinly sliced
Salt & pepper
to taste

cheese
shredded (or 2 slices)
1/4
teaspoon
chili flakes
optional
Instructions
Wash and dry the okra pods thoroughly and then cut them lengthwise.
Start cooking your garlic and oil in a cold pan. Turn on the heat and wait a minute, the garlic will start to release its flavor into the oil.
Add okra and toss with a spatula to combine well with the garlic. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Cover with a lid and cook for about one minute.
Remove the lid and stir-fry another minute.
Top with the cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese melts (about 1 minute).
Sprinkle chili flakes on it, if desired.
Serve immediately.
