How to Make Shakshuka in 10 minutes
Shakshuka consists of poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce, a delicious Middle Eastern dish. Easy to make, a one-pan dish perfect for breakfast with bread.

Ingredients

Instructions
Make the Sauce
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
Add chili paste and mix well.
Add onion, bell pepper, chili, and stir-fry briefly.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Add tomato and stir-fry until all the ingredients are well coated.
Add water and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now your sauce is ready.
Cook the eggs
Crack an egg into a small bowl or you can also crack eggs directly into the mixture.
Make little pockets in the sauce and then gently slip the egg into the tomato sauce. Repeat with the remaining eggs.
Cover and cook the eggs until the whites are firm and the yolks have thickened but are not hard for about 5 minutes.
Serve with bread & enjoy.
